Body Wash

Making your own body wash is so easy. It will save you both time and money!

You can re-use an old pump bottle or purchase one through n-essentials (if you use the code THEOILHUB on checkout you should get a discount).

Castile Soap can be purchased through n-essentials or at your local health food shop. Look for an unscented one.

Ingredients & Directions

Foaming pump bottle

1/4 bottle Castile Soap 

Essential oils (choose 3 oils and add 10 drops of each)

Top with Water

Option - for a more nourishing wash, add 1 tablespoon of Glycerin or Sweet Almond Oil

Essential Oils I love to use:

1. Lemongrass

2. Rosemary

3. Geranium

4. Lavender

5. Peppermint

6. Grapefruit

Choose whichever oils you love and add 10 drops of each to your body wash.
